You're trying to run a free-tier operation on more than 50 issues. Either narrow your filter, or upgrade to remove the limit.
The selected operation (transition, comment, move, delete, presets, etc.) is paid-only. Start a trial or upgrade from the Atlassian Marketplace listing.
BulkOps runs every action as the user who clicked Run. If your Jira user doesn't have permission to perform the action on a particular project, those issues will fail while the rest succeed. Ask a project admin for the right permissions, or run from an account that has them.
The transition list only shows transitions that are valid for every selected issue. If your selection mixes statuses or workflows, the available transitions may be empty. Narrow the selection to a single workflow state and try again.
You can only move issues into projects where you have create-issue permission. If the project isn't in the dropdown, your user lacks that permission in the target project.
Open the admin page → Logs tab and look for entries starting with Scheduled:. If nothing appears for the schedule:
Delete is irreversible. BulkOps shows a confirmation step before submitting the delete; if you've clicked through it, the issues are gone and can only be restored by a Jira admin from Jira's trash (within Atlassian's retention window).
Contact support through the Atlassian Marketplace listing — include the operation you ran, approximate time, and a few affected issue keys.
