These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BulkOps for Jira application (“BulkOps”, “the App”), distributed via the Atlassian Marketplace by IT Superhighway Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By installing, accessing, or using BulkOps, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Definitions

• “App” means the BulkOps for Jira Forge application, including all updates, patches, and related documentation.
• “Atlassian” means Atlassian Pty Ltd and its affiliates that operate the Atlassian Marketplace and the Forge platform.
• “Customer Data” means data submitted to or processed by the App on behalf of the Customer’s Jira Cloud instance.
• “Marketplace” means the Atlassian Marketplace at https://marketplace.atlassian.com.
• “Subscription” means a paid plan purchased through the Marketplace that unlocks the App’s paid-tier features.

2. Relationship to Atlassian’s terms

BulkOps is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Your installation, billing, and use of the App are also subject to:

• The Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.
• The Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service.
• Atlassian’s standard end-user licence agreement for Marketplace apps, where applicable.

In the event of any direct conflict between these Terms and the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use with respect to billing, refunds, or platform-level rights, the Atlassian terms control. These Terms govern App-specific matters not addressed by Atlassian.

3. Licence grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, IT Superhighway Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the App on the Atlassian Cloud sites for which it is licensed, solely for your internal business purposes.
