The admin page is at Apps → Manage apps → BulkOps. Only Jira admins can open it.

It has two tabs:

Logs

A chronological list of every bulk operation run on the site — manual and scheduled. The page also shows your current License Status (Free or Paid) at the top. Each history row shows:

• Operation (e.g. Add Labels, Move)
• Issues — how many issues were targeted
• Success / Failed counts
• Date of the run

Use this to audit what's been done, troubleshoot scheduled runs, or confirm a teammate's bulk action.

Logs are kept for the most recent runs only — older entries are pruned automatically.

Scheduled Ops

Lists every scheduled preset (see Scheduled Operations for setup). From here you can add a new schedule or delete an existing one.

Who can use the admin page?

Only users with Jira admin permission see the admin page. Regular users can still run manual bulk operations and use presets, but they don't see the audit log or schedule management.
